Mares | Palomino Horses for Sale WV

This is Dixie, our newest addition to the broodmare band. She is just a 3 yr old so besides breeding her we also sent her to the trainer for a couple months this summer and she is making us a nice trail horse. She is due in April 2022 and is bred to our young black stallion Deacon. She stands about 15h and has a super pretty head and a big hip. I can't wait to see what she produces in the spring.

Her pedigree

This is my 2003 red dun mare, Ginger Invitaclassic, that I bought February 2011. We really like how she is bred as well as her looks and conformation. She is a little over 15.1h and is a nice big, correct mare. Her sire and dam both have WP points.

Her sire, Open Invitation, has 69 Performance pts and 3.5 Halter points and is a son of Zippo Jack Bar ( who has 72 WP points and 1 Halter point and is sire of Superior Halter, Superior

Performance, World Champion and Supreme Champion offspring. Zippo Jack Bar is a son of Zippo Pine Bar out of Fair Eyed Jackie who is a daughter of Two Eyed Jack out of Scarborough Fair). Her sire's dam is Sheza Trouble Step, a mare that has 166 Performance points and is a daughter of Mr Trouble Step.

Her dam, Two Fox Toccara, is a daughter of AQHA Champion, Two Eyed Fox (by Two Eyed Jack out of a daughter of Pretty Buck) and out of a daughter of Classy Bar(by Sugar Bars)

This mare milks like a cow and throws big, nice foals each year. Cutting back to two mares so this mare is for sale and her foal should bring next year what I am asking for her.

This is Miss Jo Jo Red. She is a 9 yr old AQHA palomino mare. Her sire is Show Me A Song Joes, AQHA Champ & PHBA World Champ with over 500 AQHA pts and Multiple Superiors. Her dam is a daughter of Mr Baron Red(AQHA CH., AQHA Super horse). JoJo is a sweet mare that produces nice stout babies for us. She is bred back for 2022 to our young black stallion Deacon.
