Maggie's Hidden Treasure
6yr. Double Registered Spotted Saddle Horse/American Spotted Mountain Horse mare, Black Roan Sabino, 15.2hh.
Maggie is honestly a treasure. Experienced trail horse with all the "looks" and the nicest disposition you will ever find.  She has a nice flat walk and a running walk, she could probably rack with some additional training. Maggie really has no vices-she baths, clips, loads, ties, good with farrier, good in stall, easy to catch and has terrific ground manners.  Maggie had 60 days professional training and knows several cues so she can be ridden on a loose rein and loves trails. She does have talent and could go on to learn cow work or possibly endurance type riding. Maggie was only owned by one lady prior to myself so I know she has always been well cared for. Why sell? I have been a QH person in the past and trying to go "gaited" just didn't excite me so I am back to my QH's and enjoying them. Maggie needs someone that will enjoy spending time with her-she has a lot to offer.

This is Tyrees Classy Lady,  a 1998 bay mare that I bought back in April 2003.  She is by Mr Tyree Red and is Pitzer Ranch raised and branded.  She goes back to Mr. Baron Red, Red Baron Bell, Watch Joe Jack and Harlan's Tyree and has 8 AQHA Champions on her 4 generation pedigree.  She is close 15 hands and has a really nice friendly disposition and is a great mother.   Click HERE to see pedigree.   Reason for selling is due to some major land reclamation that is going to be done on our farm early next year and we will be losing the majority of our horse pastures for close to a year so trying to cut back in numbers.
These aren't the best pics of her as I normally am taking pics of her foals and not her.  She has a nice head, big hip and is correct.  She is broke to ride but hasn't been ridden in years.  She is easy to catch, stands tied, good for farrier/vet.   She is an easy foaler and always catches on the first cycle she is bred.  Raises super nice foals all having pretty heads, nice hips and correct conformation.  She had a really dark gold palomino filly this year that is stunning.  See her on my 2009 Foal page.  There are a couple more pics on My Mares page of Classy.   Email for additional pics of her.     Classy has been bred back to Hombre for an early April 2010 foal.
Asking $2000 ...A GREAT DEAL AS I HAVE SOLD HER LAST TWO PALOMINO FOALS FOR $2000 EACH...SO IF SHE GIVES YOU A PALOMINO IN THE SPRING YOU COULD SAY SHE IS FREE.

This is Hombre Burning Spark a 4 yr old IF AQHA red dun gelding that I just bought that is by my stallion,  El Hombre Solano.  He stands about 15.1h, very stout and has a gorgeous head on him.   See his pedigree HERE.   He does have HYPP N/N stamped on his papers.   I just had 30 days put on him.    He has a lot of go and would make someone a nice roping, working cowhorse, ranch versatility, teampenning or possibly barrel racing prospect.  Tons of potential in the right hands!
UPDATE:
I have sent him back to another trainer for a few weeks to work on his headset and to get him more relaxed and he is doing real well.  Here is a link to a video I took of him after he had been there about a week, taken on 9/16/09.
YouTube VIDEO  He is still a little fast but definitely relaxing more.
Two more videos below taken on 9/19/09 and 9/26/09.

Asking $1800    SOLD

Video on left taken 9/19/09 and video on right taken 9/26/09.  The last half of the video on right is of my cousin's 12 yr old daughter riding him for the first time.
